This is more appropriate for governance, district policy and issues that remain unresolved after administrative escalation.
Why this matters: attendance, grading, pickup, special education, transportation and records each have dedicated staff processes. Sending those issues first to elected Board members can add an unnecessary step.

State-subsidized transportation is provided free to K–12 students who live more than 1.5 miles from the school they attend.
Normal eligibility is automatic
The district says public and non-public students normally do not apply; eligibility is determined using registration information.
Special education
Special-education transportation is determined through the Committee on Special Education.
If you move, do not wait for the bus route to update automatically. Tell the school because the district says transportation eligibility is generated from registration information.

Niagara Falls Home Instruction for 2026–27
NFCSD defines Home Instruction as parent-directed education at home, either taught by the parent or through an online program. The district explicitly says it is not Remote Learning and that NFCSD does not provide the curriculum or materials.
