Do not publish the currently displayed 2025–26 meal prices as 2026–27 prices. Stratford’s Food Services page still labels those posted prices as 2025–2026. Verify a new-year price before adding it.
Families can apply for Free & Reduced Meals during the school year if circumstances change. Completed applications can be returned to the student’s school main office, and the district also links an online My School Apps application.

Missing normal residency paperwork does not always mean enrollment must stop
Stratford’s Residency Department expressly recognizes legal accommodations such as McKinney-Vento and DCF placements, and the Board policy library includes a Homeless Students policy.

Do not convert 2025–26 testing dates into 2026–27
The current district navigation continues to expose a link titled 2025–2026 Assessment Calendar.
That does not become a 2026–27 testing schedule just because the new school year has started. Do not copy the prior-year dates and move them forward by 12 months.
For current assessment dates, use a newly published 2026–27 district calendar when available or confirm the applicable testing window with the student’s school.
